My AOSFYC experience changed my life. I had the privilege of being a part of this great organization for two years, 2000/2001. I made friends that I will keep for a lifetime. At first, I was not sure how I would react to it, but once i got there, my view totally changed! Those 6 weeks were the BEST 6 weeks of my life! I would not trade that time for anything this world could offer me. I was on crew, which not only gave me a sense of responsibility, but it gave me a sense of family. I only wish I could still be involved. I recently attended the AOSFYC reunion concert. When they started singing friends, I could not help but cry. I was overwhelmed with so many memories and feelings. I am so thankful that I got to be a part of this. Mr. Snyder and his staff really helped in this impact. I honestly believe I am a better person now, then before I went. Thank you, Mr. Snyder, for giving me these memories.
