The choir had it's final tuneups during this last day of rehearsal. During the afternoon riser rehearsal, the choir finally did a complete run-on entrance, coming in at 1:53... not a bad time! Instructions were given to the back row, and the flag drop was practiced twice.
Janis Center
The Janis Center rehearsal featured the CITs performing "How to Wear Your Uniform" (or not!). Several seniors spoke to the choir, giving advice on everything from 'fair flings' to the importance of calling home. Following the rehearsal, the rookies were led out to a grassy area and formed a circle. Their mentors came and stood behind their rookie. After a few words from Mr. Snyder, they were presented with their choir lanyard (for the i.d. badge) and became first year choir members. On the way back to the dorm, the choir rehearsed the parade sequence and cadences. Everyone is ready for the fair to open!
