Rain, Sprinkles, and the Senator
Today the choir had its first rained out performance. However, the new Cardinal Chorale was transported to the Janis Center and performed for an appreciative audience. The evening concert was held on the Rhodes Center Lawn, and the band and choir were honored to have Senator George Voinovich attend the joint concert. He conducted the choir in "Heart and Soul," and led the band in "The Stars and Stripes Forever." Mr. Snyder conducted both groups in the "Battle Cry of Freedom." and Mr. Santa-Emma directed "America the Beautiful."
