The AOYC performed three times today, the hottest day of the fair (so far).
Uniforms Distributed 
Uniforms were distributed today. We'll need these on Monday, as it is "Picture Day."
Tree Dedication
The choir performed at the dedication of Red Sunset Maple trees that were planted to celebrate the lives of David R. Snyder (OYC Staff '95-'01) and Charles Rudyard Snyder (OYC Encourager '92-'04). The trees are planted at the end of the sidewalk near the dorm steps in the hope that they will soon provide much needed shade for choir members.

Chorale Concert
Members of the 2005 Cardinal Chorale returned to the fairgrounds to perform for the 2006 AOYC. The concert, held at the Janis Center, was incredible! First year members came away from the concert inspired and amazed. Some parents brought homemade cookies, and the Arts & Crafts building gave the choir baked goods from the competition to enjoy.
