| Page on the website for parents and friends to send a letter to their
Choir Member during the fair. Parents and friends will be able to write
a message, and those will be printed out and taken to the Fair to be
distributed. |

| Alumni Association Wish List. We will have a page of things the choir
needs, that we found sometimes people are more willing to give that than cash. |

| A special page for memories/stories to start for the 50th anniversary. We
will make a booklet out of it. |

| We are looking for someone who is willing to transfer Record albums to
CD's (volunteer not have to pay a big sum) for the alumni association.
We are starting to get a collection of some older albums and I'd like to have
them transferred so we can have copies made for those who have lost theirs. |

| On the eAlumni List, flag names on the web of those who have paid their
dues and when, so people can see in a glance whether they need to renew. |
We know
what needs to be done, now the trick is coordinating the information to
ensure that both people that sign up online and via mailed forms get their
information up on the website. A work in progress... |
| We are thinking of having "Choir Penpals". It will go something like
this: Remember when you were at the Fair? Mail was always an exciting thing to
receive, but not everyone did. How about adopting a 2005 choir member this
year and sending them a little cheer and some words of encouragement. |

| OYC Day at Cedar Point. -- currently we are looking into June 21 as a
possible day. Stay tuned. Wear your Choir Shirts, have your friends to join
you and have a great day! (Just a "social" event
for all the choir alums) |
